I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were enormous and more than enough for my wife and her bridal party to get ready in the morning. They are gorgeous, spacious beyond expectations, and beautifully appointed, with the bathroom screen being over the top. The service went above and beyond to fix an error promptly, and the staff were wonderful, very knowledgeable, and even doubled as a bellhop. The location is very convenient, walking distance to George St/Water St but not so near that it gets rowdy, making it perfect right in the heart of St John's. The dining experience was set up in a nearby room down the hallway and complimentary, offering fresh and healthy dishes, although it was a bit meagre. The facilities were top-notch, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very quiet, comfortable, and luxurious, perfect for a relaxing time with my adult son. However, the bathroom screen was showing some signs of age during our visit. The staff, including Luxus, Owen, Danny, and Erin, were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making our experience even more enjoyable.
